This was a question asked on the Today Show this morning, making me think of all the Buyers I have worked with over the last 28 years and sold homes in Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami, Coconut Grove and Palmetto Bay that have had plans (some small and some big) on what they were going to do when they closed on their “New Home”. Everyone likes to put their own thumbprint on their “New Home”, it is so exciting! Now is the time to find that New Home with reduced prices, low interest rates, anxious contractors looking for work and Home Depot with lots of workers that are ready to help you!
