Even though REO/foreclosure inventory in Coral Gables is only about a third of what it was this time last year, new listings are still hitting the market at similar rates and comparable activity is being recorded.
There are currently 5 single family home and 8 condo foreclosure listings in Coral Gables. Three condo foreclosure listings have gone into contract this year, while the number of REO single family homes that have gone pending is 5.
In both the single family and condo categories, foreclosures have accounted for close to 12% of total sales in 2010.
