Eight of the twenty five homes currently offered for sale in the “Cobblestone” community are being marketed with high resolution professional photography. Only thirty two percent. That is seventeen properties in this highly appealing development, within an affordable price point, and in a great location that are not being presented to the myriad of potential buyers online in their best light. Sixty eight percent of the current “for sale” inventory in this neighborhood is not receiving the same online exposure as the other thirty two percent.

Why is that? Why is it that sellers are okay with their properties not being given the same consideration by their agents as those of the minority, which are being presented in their most appealing angles and light? Why is it that real estate “professionals” marketing their listings are not making the investment to serve their clients in the highest capacity they’ve been contracted to?

And yet, our resident real estate agents would rather save a few hundred dollars and take the property pictures from their iPhones instead of hiring a professional photographer to capture the true allure of their customers’ homes…the homes that they have been entrusted to market effectively, negotiate, and ultimately sell. In my book and professional opinion, this is unacceptable – and that among other reasons is why I have the highest market share of sales in this wonderful community I have the fortune of doing business in.

What I Like about the “Magnolia” Floor Plan


This is one of my favorite layouts within the “Courtyard” town homes of the “Cobblestone” community. The fact that it is a corner unit affords it more privacy than many of the other town homes of similar size. Both of its private courtyards are ample enough to provide its new resident with comfortable space to barbecue / grill out or develop / exercise green thumbs with nurturing a great space for greenery and relaxation. The living / dining room and family room areas on the first floor are conducive to entertaining / hosting, as they both see through to the generous sized kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, and the loft upstairs can be utilized for many purposes such as a game room; arts & crafts space; office or a library / reading area.
